Marcus and Marcus, Inc. is hiring motivated individuals to join our process serving team. This is not a gig job—we train and deploy professionals who understand how to handle legal documents correctly and operate safely in the field.

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle + insurance
Good driving history
Legally able to carry a firearm
No felony convictions
Not on probation or parole
(If applicable) Good standing with POST
(If applicable) Military discharge must be explained

What Makes Us Different

We don’t send people out untrained.

Every process server goes through a structured system:

Screening and interview process
Background and driving check
Required training and certification
Secretary of State registration
Superior Court approval before field work

Required Training (Provided by Us)

70-hour Private Detective course
16-hour Firearms course
Use of Force, De-escalation, and Operations training

Failure to complete training = termination.

Pay Structure

$50 per attempt
$20 bonus for first-attempt success
